Protecting your GetOn account
Overview
2FA adds an extra layer of security to your GetOn account. Some actions (like domain transfers) may require 2FA.
Supported Methods
- Authenticator apps (TOTP)
- Other methods as offered in your dashboard (may vary)
Backup & Recovery
Store backup codes securely. If you lose access to your 2FA device, account recovery may require identity verification and can take time.
Your Responsibility
- You are responsible for safeguarding your devices, keys, and backup codes.
- Report suspected compromise immediately.
Limitations
2FA reduces risk but cannot eliminate it. Social engineering, device compromise, and phishing can still occur.

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
